Today is Christmas Eve...well for most. We celebrated "our" Christmas Eve last night (Sunday night). Only b/c we knew Justin wasn't going to be home today. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve. We started the day with going to church. This was the FIRST time that Justin, Preston, & I have gone to church together as a family. It was wonderful, we all really enjoyed it. We went to First Congregational Church, it's an independent church. This is the church that my friend Laura & her husband pastor at. Everyone was VERY friendly & welcoming. Preston was promoted to an Usher! He became fussy while sitting with Mom & Dad, so a lady came over to see if he would go with her....and he did, I was really surprised. Then the next thing we know they're taking up an offering & the lady that's holding Preston is going around collecting the offering with Preston in her arms. Preston was just smiling...like always. It was too cute!
After church, Bill & Laura had us over for lunch. We had a great lunch & visit. Thanks Bill & Laura!!!! :):) Then...after we got home, we all three took an afternoon nap...aaahh it was nice.
After we got up we had some supper then Preston got to open one present, his Vacume, that came with a broom, mop, & all that fun cleaning stuff! He loves his broom the most. Then Preston surprised Momma with a gift. Preston & DaDA got Momma an Ipod Nano. It's AWESOME!!!! It holds 1,000 songs, pictures, videos, and files. It's great! I had no idea they had got that for me. I love my baby & hubby! Thanks boys! Later during the night Daddy had to go to work, but that's okay, b/c he'll be home Christmas evening & Preston will open his other presents then. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve.
