Preston said his first Spanish word last night....Abuela. Abuela in Spanish means Grandmother. Now that Preston is a big-time "Dora" fan, he loves to watch the cartoon & read the books. My sister sent him a Dora book just right before Christmas....he LOVES the book! Last night him & I were reading it & I was asking him where different things were & he'd point to them. I eventually got to Dora's grandmother....I asked Preston where Dora's Abuela was & he pointed to the picture of Dora's MiMa. Then I asked Preston if he could say "Abuela"...and in his sweet little voice he said "buela". Ooh how sweet he is! I've explained to him that Abuela is the same word for MiMa. I can just hear him calling Debbie Abuela, instead of MiMa! :)
Preston & Dada went to a Wild Game Feast (I think that's what it's called) tonight. No....I did not want to be part of it! Preston Lee has now sampled food that I've never heard of & food that I never want to be near. Justin said Preston took a bite of everything! The "Wild Game Thingie" was in Chadron. Justin & Preston went w/Casey....a guy Justin works with.
While Preston & Dada were at their feast I went over to Becky's house. Becky is a mother that I met at MOPS. Becky LOVES to scrapbook....and I just recently started scrapbooking, so that's what we worked on today. It was a lot of fun! There are several "scrappers" in this little town, I just love it! Becky if you're reading this....thanks for having me over & thanks for all your help.
Well it's time for me to catch some zzzz's, we have church in the moring. Have a great night sleep & a great day tomorrow! We love & miss you!
