Busy, Busy....Fun, Fun!!!

It has been sooo nice being home! I'm sure many of you have heard about the Missouri (and other states) Flood. I've never seen anything like it around here. Yes, we get a LOT of rain, but nothing like this. Sections of Hwys. are shut down b/c they're under water, houses flooded, lake levels at record highs....it's crazy! Driving out to my sister's house at Rogersville part of the Highway is shut down because of the flooding. Regardless of the rain we had for 2 days straight, we've absolutely been enjoying ourselves. Justin was sick the first couple of days we were here, now Mom (Debbie) is in bed sick. Preston Lee & I are not going to be sick again...no way!!! Justin is feeling much better though, and hopefully Mom will tomorrow. We haven't been able to go & see any grandparents yet, b/c they have the "crud". I'm praying everyone is well by this wknd, for Easter.

Tuesday Preston Lee & I went and spent some time w/some friends...Kecia, David and their kids, Hannah, Hunter, and Harley. Hannah is only 11 days older than Preston, and when Hunter & Harley were just babies I babysat them. We had a great time w/them & have plans of getting together again on Monday. Hannah had a battery operated 4-wheeler that Preston loved. So of course, the next day Daddy & I took him to Toys-R-Us & got him one for his Easter present. Today the weather was really nice so Preston drove that 4-wheeler all over MiMa & PaPa's lawn. Before I forget to mention, Kecia has lost a LOT of weight! I am soooo proud of her, she looks just phenomenal! Great Job Kecia....I'm Jealous!! :):):)

Yesterday Tegan (my nephew) hung out w/us...he's on Spring Break. We've missed Tegan so much, it's been wonderful spending time w/him. Preston Lee just LOVES his cousin Tegan. Everything Tegan says/does Preston has to say/do...or at least try & say/do. It's pretty funny!We took Preston to see the Easter Bunny @ the Mall. I thought the Bunny was sooo ugly, I just knew Preston was going to be afraid of him, but he wasn't! He actually started laughing at the Bunny! Then he realized he wasn't the same Easter Bunny from last year, and decided he wanted off the Bunny's lap. Last year SAMS Club had the Easter Bunny & the pictures were so cute. We called SAMS & this year for some reason they had NO Bunny at all, darn it! Oh-well....an ugly bunny is better than no bunny...I guess.

Today Daddy & PaPa went down to the lake (Table Rock) to check on the lake house & boat dock, w/all the rain they were kind of concerned. The boat ramp was pretty much under water. Other than that, no damage done. While Daddy was at the lake Preston Lee & I played outside on his new 4-wheeler. After lunch Preston Lee went down for a nap & I got to sneek away & go to the Mall for a while.

I believe the plans for tomorrow are to get together w/ Michelle & Ryan, some friends of ours. I can't wait....Michelle is one of my closest friends.

I hope everyone back "home" is doing well. It seems strange having TWO homes now! I've talked to Brooke & Becky while being here in Springfield and it sounds like Crawford is doing just fine w/out us :) I do miss you guys!
