New Post For Shana :)

I haven't blogged for a week or so, and Shana & I keep each other posted when we need to post something new, soooo here we go Shana!

Last Friday I had planned a "girls night" here at my house & sure enough it decides to snow a blizzard that day! Unbelievable, snow in May, how crazy is that? The very next day, Saturday, Preston & I were at the park, out in the sun w/short sleeves on. Even crazier...I think! Yes it snowed a blizzard and was pretty much melted by Saturday afternoon. Driving from here to Chadron you still see some snow, but for the most part it's gone & I'm crossing my fingers it's gone for spring/summer. Sunday we went to church. The first Sunday of every month we have a carry-in lunch at church, so we stayed after church and enjoyed that. I'm so excited about our church, every Sunday we seem to have more & more attending. It's so exciting watching it grow and being a part of it. Then Sunday evening back to the park Preston & I went. Bill & Laura was at the park too, so Preston got to play w/the girls while I got to visit w/Bill & Laura, that was nice :) Yesterday (Monday), Preston & I walked down to Lisa's & helped make mints for our MOPS meeting this Thursday. Daddy got home that afternoon so we headed into Chadron, hit McDonald's & went to Wolly-World.

Today Preston Lee & I got up & went on a nice walk w/Lisa, Becky, and their two kids. After our walk we all went into Chadron & had Chinese for lunch (and no the chinese is nothing like down home). After we got back home, Preston Lee & I planted some potted flowers, that was fun playing in the dirt! Justin went turkey hunting this morning, then fishing this afternoon w/Casey.

Tomorrow evening I go pick up Preston's Antiquity pictures. I'm soooo scared...b/c I know they're all going to be so freakin' cute & I'm going to want to buy them all. I wish Justin was going to be home so he could go w/me, but he's only 2 out right now, darn it! I also have Bible study tomorrow night. Thursday evening we have our last MOPS meeting for the season. They'll start back up this fall. Sunday we're having a special service for Mother's Day & Bill (our pastor) has asked me to take pictures, I'm looking forward to that.

We stay busy, busy, busy! Oh...and Preston has had Hayden over a couple of times during the last week. He LOVES playing w/Hayden!

OK, I need to go upstairs & watch my American Idol & head for bed. Love you Shana & miss you! And here's some pictures too. :)
