Our new year has been as uneventful as it gets! That's a good thing, right? It's been too cold to go outside & sled so Preston & I started taking down our Christmas decorations just to have something to do. The tree was the first thing to come down...only b/c it's a lot more comfortable to watch t.v. on the couch where the tree was standing. All the stores (and there's not too many let me tell ya) in this little town close during the winter, there are a few that have a sign on the door "if you would like visit our store please call this number...." There are just a couple places to eat here in Crawford....and sure enough they close down in the winter too! Except the bars! What do they think, people don't get hungry in the winter? Anyway...Preston's been enjoying his Elmo table and picnic table he got for Christmas. The problem is that he climbs on them more than he sits at them. He does enjoy eating at his picnic table :) Our MOPS meetings start back up next, we're looking forward to that. I'm also considering going to a ladies Bible study group on Wednesday nights.
