Preston & I have had a good weekend. Friday evening Preston had his "2nd" haircut. He was a little fussy this time but I think only b/c he was ready for supper....I'm pretty fussy too when my stomach's empty. His hair looks so cute. I'd show ya a picture, BUT my camera is still broke :( I'm mailing it to Mom tomorrow so she can take it over to Lawrence Photo. I called Lawrence Photo & they're going to send it off somewhere & have an estimate done on it. Anyway....after the haircut Friday we hit McDonalds & came home. Saturday Laura & the girls came over for a couple of hours. Preston & the girls played well together. Laura & I watched some of American Idol that we had both missed this past week. Laura & Bill has 3 girls and are expecting a third baby. She just found out she's having another girl :) Then this morning Preston & I went to church, came home, had lunch, and then a nap.
It has snowed here ALL day. Preston & I got up to it snowing this morning & he went to bed with it snowing. I'm sure we got at least another 3 inches today. I just say "Bring It On" !!!!! :) I like it....it's really pretty up here w/all the snow.
Debbie & Ronnie got Justin & I a web cam for Christmas. Debbie got them one also so that we can both see each other at the same time. Well neither one of us have had much luck with them yet....mine worked only momentarily then quit. So tomorrow I'm going to call the 1-800 # and see what's going on with them. I'm sure we're just not doing something quite right. It's pretty halarious though......while Debbie & are were working on installing them we were chatting back & forth with Yahoo Instant Messenger. Well let's just say even though you think you're typing something correctly it doesn't mean that you are....it can be pretty funny trying to decipher what the other is trying to type/say.....I was laughing so hard at Debbie I was in tears!!! We had fun though.
Preston Lee has figured out how to read his books at night when his room is dark. He uses his glow-worm. When you press the glow-worm it lights up while it plays a little tune. I kept hearing Preston's glow-worm going off....so I quietly pushed his door open & watched him. He was laying there in bed turning the pages of his book & every time the glow-worm would go out he'd press it again so he could have light to see his book. Isn't he just a clever little guy? Only 18 months old!!!!!
That's about all that's going on here. Justin's back is doing much better....still sore, but better. We hope you're all dong well too. Love & miss you all!
