An Afternoon In The Hills

Yesterday afternoon we took advantage of the beautiful weather and went hiking in the hills. We didn't attempt a butte w/Preston being with us but we did make it up what seemed to be a "monstrous" hill. Preston had it made as he rode in his stroller when tired & ran wild once rested, and he was always on the lookout for dinosaurs & dragons! Riley & Katie....well let's just say they always kick our butts! Last week at this time we were out front playing in snow & it sounds like we're going to be doing the same this weekend. There's a 50% chance for snow Friday & a 40% Saturday.....Yay! Don't get me wrong, I do LOVE the warm/sunny days the Lord throws in for us here & there :)

Tonight us girls celebrated Marisa's birthday. I'm sure I can speak for us all & say we all had a great time! Darn it, we didn't sing Happy Birthday to Marisa, guess we will next get-together. We all met up at Becky's house where she had basins of warm water waiting for us to soak our feet in....how sweet huh. Thank you so much Becki, that was so thoughtful of you :)

Did any of you know that I live at WalMart now? Preston told me he was going to Mommy's house, I asked him where that was & he said "In WalMarts!" That's not too far from the truth :) Here's a slide show of last week snow & our hike this week in the hills.
