Where to start I'm not sure, Preston has said & done some of the most hilarious things in the last week & I never want to forget them, so of course I must blog them :) To start, just 5 minutes ago he wanted to play with my container of scrapping buttons/brads, etc. I told him no b/c I've let him before & it's just a HUGE mess to clean up! As soon as I told him no he said "fine, I'm going home to grandmas!" LOL! Can't wait to tell his MiMa about that one! The other thing that is funny about that comment is that we don't call ANY of his grandmas "grandma", they all FOUR have their own "grandma names".....MiMa, Granny, Nanna, & Granny Jan. So....I guess he already has learned THEY ARE GRANDMA! How funny!!
Yesterday morning he was scratching his cheek & says "I have a pimple", I asked him where? Preston informs me "right here on my cheek" and points to his cheek. TeeHee! Silly guy!
Early one morning this past week Justin got called to work & the phone woke Preston up, he comes out his room and says to Justin "I'm trying to find my Mommy" Justin asked him if he had lost his mommy & Preston again says "I'm trying to find my Mommy" How sweet is that! I could hear Preston from the other room saying this & my heart was MELTING!
Preston loves helping set the table for dinner, he loves putting away laundry & does an exceptional job at that :) Every day we have fewer & fewer accidents w/potty training, he's doing great!! Last night Preston & Justin went over & hung out w/Heath & they took Preston's potty chair w/them. Preston stayed dry & went in his potty chair while at Heaths :) YaY Preston Lee! Lisa & I hung out at my house & watched American Idol....with no interuptions...boy that was nice :)
Yesterday Preston got mail from his Auntie he was so excited. As soon as he saw the package he hollers "Mommy get the scissors!" Auntie sent him 3 Christmas DVD's for next Christmas season :) She also sent him a Pirate book, M&M's and Fruit Twizzlers. Thanks Auntie Preston sure does look forward to getting your mail!!
The other night while Justin was at work Preston slept with me....right before going to sleep he realized he didn't have his batman mask on...oh no! So he jumps out of the bed telling me he's going to go get batman & says "don't worry Mommy, I won't get lost.
Other than Preston coming up with something new everyday things are pretty much the same, I'm still searching for a job. I'll keep ya posted. TTFN!
