I've enjoyed doing Yoga in the past but have just gotten away from it. I was searching for a good weight loss yoga dvd and ordered The Biggest Loser's Weight Loss Yoga. Today was the perfect day for Yoga, no boys in the house, peace & quiet. So I attempted it. It actually went pretty well. I was able to make it through the warm up & level 1. Let me tell ya I was sweating & my muscles were shaking! I plan to focus on Yoga 3-4 times a week, along with going to the clinic Monday-Friday. Just as Becky says.....Let's Fight To Be Thin!! Woo-Hoo.. WE CAN DO IT!
This past Monday Preston Lee got a HUGE Valentine's Day package in the mail from MiMa & PaPa. It seemed to me to be a never ending package...Preston kept pulling stuff out of the box like there was no bottom to it! Preston Lee is definitely blessed with the greatest MiMa & PaPa, they're always thinking of him. MiMa made Preston two sets of the cutest Valentine jammies. Preston pulled the first set of jammies out of the box and said "oh yay, Woodstock jammies" I thought he'd say Snoopy jammies, but no they're "Woodstock" jammies :) Preston got SEVERAL pairs of jammies, 3 outfits, socks, Thomas trains, candy/chocolate, a batman drinking cup and I know I'm forgetting what else. Thank you MiMa & PaPa, we sure do love & appreciate you!
While I'm blogging right now Preston's singing "little Jesus loves me so." How precious is that! Last week Preston was brushing my hair, when he was finished he said "oh Mommy, you're a princess just like Dora!" Knowing how much my son loves Dora, I was on cloud 99 when he said that to me :) He also tells me & Daddy we're his "beeeest" friends. What a sweetie you are Preston Lee & you're mine and Daddy's beeest friend too!
