A Wonderful Day

Justin took Tegan to work with him today, working on fence for Gary Fickel. Gary has been such a blessing to us...thank you God & thank you Gary. Tegan is becoming quite the "fenceman". Ok, I'm sure that's not the correct word, but it'll work for now. Tegan has worked with his Uncle Justin a few times now & has also helped mowe some yards. Tegan earned his FIRST ever paycheck today. WAY TO GO TEGAN, SO PROUD OF YOU!!

Preston & I had a wonderful relaxing day together today. We started the morning out sitting outside, Preston riding his John Deere Tractor. Then we hit the garden hard pulling weeds together, thanks Preston you're a BIG help to Mommy! Midmorning we ate a snack together...whole wheat crackers & had great conversation. We called & talked to one of my best friends back home, Shana. Preston had to talk to her too, of course :) We finished up the garden work, had lunch, relaxed on the couch together till Preston fell asleep for his afternoon nap. I was full of energy so I worked outside some more, cleaned up Tegan's room....which will NOT happen again while he's here for the month of June! Preston & I also ran some errands here in town too today. Wow we were busy, but it was a wonderful day just the two of us :)

I still don't have Preston's Birthday Party pics. to post, I guess I need to get Becky a CD so she can copy them for me ;) That is on my list for tomorrow....promise.
