Home again, Home again Jiggity Jig!

Home atlas'. It's been almost 6 months since Justin, Preston Lee & I left Springfield & moved to Nebraska. We've been pretty homesick here lately. We had a week scheduled here at the end of March to come home & visit everybody, but Thursday when Justin was bumped THREE times in the same day, we both agreed....."Let's Go Home". And so we did. Justin has placed himself on the retention board for now & we are planning to take a long vacation right here at home w/our friends & family. We left Friday morning, stayed the night in Nebraska City, then made it here to Springfield this afternoon (Saturday).

Brooke & D.J. Heine are going to feed our cat while we're gone, bring in our mail, etc. Thank you so much Brooke & D.J.!!!! I am so grateful for all our friends that God has blessed us w/in NE. Sorry guys for not being @ MOPS & the Women's Lent Breakfast, Preston Lee went to the Dr. on Wednesday & we found out he had bilateral ear infections again. He was feeling much better by Friday though, thank goodness! I hope all the girls in my MOPS group had a fun get together this evening......I want to hear all about it!

My sister had no idea we were coming home, I wanted to surprise her. So after we got here to Mom & Dad's (Justin's parents), settled in, had dinner, I drove out to my sisters house. While talking to her on the cell phone about nothing, I went up to her door & wrung the door bell. She tells me to hold on she needs to answer the door. I wish you could have seen her face when she opened the door & saw me standing there!! I will never forget the look on her face. She was sooo happy to see us! My sister & I are VERY close and being apart for the first time for almost 6 months has been awful. I'm so glad that we're going to have several weeks to spend together.

I'm going to head to bed, all that driving/riding is very tiresome. Of course I will keep everyone posted on what we're doing, pictures, etc. Please do the same :)
