Ahhhh....it's Friday :)

This week has been filled with more coughing, sneezing, blowing the nose, than I've experienced in a LONG time! Last week Preston had strep, got over that, then this Tuesday he developed this horrible cough that just will not subside. Just to let ya know how bad the cough has been, Preston will ask for cough syrup a couple times a day :( Justin has the same cough, but worse and I've been fighting sinus symptoms & the cough all week. We are all so sick & tired of coughing, sneezing & nose blowing!! I am praying that this wknd we all three kick this crud.

Preston had a VERY exciting morning today. Mrs. Miller, Preston's preschool teacher came to our house for a parent/teacher meeting. Preston thought it was so neat having her here. She sat in the floor & Preston was all over her. I think he was enjoying having Mrs. Miller to himself. Preston asked Mrs. Miller to read Happy Birthday Moon, which is becoming a favorite book of his. I wasn't sure if she would, b/c it's a pretty lengthy book & I know she was on a time schedule, but she did & Preston listen to every word & sat as still as I've ever seen him :) Thanks Mrs. Miller for your visit.

Last night we had our first practice for the church Christmas program. It went so well. It was very exciting to see the kids and teens excited about the program & their parts. I even had a couple of the teens ask if they could sing a special song for the program. Wow!
