Ho-Ho-Ho...Santa Clause I LUV You!

Yesterday Santa Clause made a quick stop at our house, just for me! He delivered the one and only wish (monetary wish that is) on my list. He delivered the Nikon D90! WooHoo! Just in time for me to take our own Christmas pics, and in time for me to get to know my new camera a little before Christmas day. And WOW do I have a LOT to learn. I am so excited! Shana you will be so proud of me, I've been shooting only in manual mode :) I'm not sure if I'll EVER get the whole manual mode figured out, but I'm going to give it my best. I haven't got to spend much time "alone" with my camera yet as I do have a 9 month old, and a 4 year old. BUT they are great subjects :) This evening while getting dinner together I did get to take a few shots of the kiddos. Our kitchen lighting is the worst (seriously), but overall the pics turned out ok. I'm trying to read as much as I can to familiarize myself with this awesome camera and ALSO start learning post processing (editing). Thanks Shana for getting me started :) Anyhoo...here are a few pics I snapped tonight while getting dinner together.
