What a beautiful, busy day we had. Up bright and early this morning, because my son chooses to be an early bird, we were busy around the house doing the everyday things we do. Then it was time to get Preston ready for preschool, and we realized it was his snack day....crud, I had forgot! On the way to school we stopped at Absalons and got a jug of apple juice and some Kudos granola bars. Thank God for Absalons :) So after dropping Preston Lee off at school Addison and I headed to Chadron to run some errands. While checking out at WalMart I realize I have left my wallet in the Yukon....crud again! So Addison and I run out to get it as fast as we can, I am pushing the unlock button on the remote, standing at what I think is our Yukon and the darn thing wouldn't unlock!!! I'm sweating at this point, thinking something is wrong the truck won't unlock, AND I need to get back inside to pay for our stuff. Hmmmm, what the heck is sitting on the dash of "our" Yukon? OH MY GOSH, it's NOT "OUR" Yukon! I was so embarrassed, so Addison and I run a few isles over to unlock "our" Yukon. LOLOLOL! We get back in to WalMart, get our stuff paid for and head back to pick up Preston from school.
After school the kids & I stopped by to check out Becky's dream in process. Becky is turning a rental house she owns into an art gallery/coffee shoppe. It is looking great! Preston had fun playing with Meagan while Becky shared all her ideas and plans with me. I'm excited for her and inspired to never give up on dreams ;)
After our stop at Becky's art gallery, we came home, had a bite of dinner and headed to MOPS. MOPS was great tonight! Thanks Aimee for all your hard work and dedication.
While getting the kiddos ready for bed I notice Addison is running a low fever. She has cut one tooth and is working on another, I hope that's what the fever is stemming from.
It's 11 o'clock and way past my bedtime (big yawn). I will post pics from Addison's birthday party soon, promise. Night everyone and God bless.
