Lover Lover

This song Lover Lover by Jerrod Niemann is one of Preston's favorites and has been for quite some time now. During Preston's one of many stays with the Lyne family, Steve played his guitar and sang this song. Preston was sold on Lover Lover. And if you ask Preston who sings Lover Lover he will say "Steve Lyne". Seriously. Even when it's on the radio, it's Steve Lyne singing it, not Jerrod Niemann.

The Lyne family is one of many families here in Mayberry that has gone the extra mile to help me and Justin many of times. Brandy and Steve are so special to us, and especially to Preston Lee. I'm certain if I would let Preston, he would move in with the Lyne's, as long as he could see me every now and then, lol.

We met the Lyne family (Steve & Brandy, Alex, Blake, Natalie, and Chase)when they started coming to our church. Brandy and Steve provided security & stability for Preston Lee while me and Justin were in Denver during and after Addison's birth, and while I was traveling back and forth to SB for 7 weeks while Addison was in the NICU. Brandy made sure Preston made it to preschool every day, provided his snack for the class on his snack day, she washed his clothes, made sure his teeth were brushed and his bottom was clean :) provided his meals, and most importantly he had a BLAST hanging and playing with Alex, Blake, Natalie and Chase. Anytime Preston wanted to call and talk to me Brandi would let him. Brandy was a life saver for me and Justin. Brandy and I have a very special friendship, she has a heart of gold and I honestly think she would do anything in her power for anyone. Steve has the best personality, Preston even said to me just here recently "mom, you need to be funny like Steve". I knew exactly what he meant. Steve is always making Preston laugh and did a fantastic job of making Preston feel at home anytime he is at their house. Thank you so much Steve for being you. The older boys Alex and Blake both took Preston under their wing. Preston looks up to both and is grateful for all the good times they have had together. Preston still talks about going on a Geo Hunt with them.

Unfortunately, The Lyne family will be moving soon to Minnesota. Steve has advanced in management with BNSF. We will miss them so much. I pray only God's will for them.

Lover Lover will forever be a favorite for Preston and me. Thanks again Brandy and Steve. We miss you guys already.
